Cut Wire Blast Media is a high-performance metallic abrasive engineered for shot peening, cleaning, deburring, and surface preparation applications where consistent particle size and durability are essential. Manufactured by cutting wire into uniform lengths equal to the wire diameter, cut wire media delivers highly controlled and repeatable blasting performance.

Because each particle is precision cut to a consistent size, cut wire abrasives maintain their shape longer than traditional cast abrasives, resulting in more uniform surface finishes and reduced dust generation during blasting operations.

Cut wire media is available in multiple material compositions and can be supplied in either “as-cut” or conditioned forms depending on the application requirements.
